                      615 to 715   Adult MMA Class

Tuesday:        530 to 600   Lil Dragons and Ninjas
                     600 to 645  Kids MMA
                     645 to 745  MMA Wrestling

Wednesday:  530 to 615   Juniors
                     615 to 700   Weapons
                     700 to 800  Adult MMA

Thursday:      545 to 615   Lil Dragons and Ninjas
                     615 to 700   Black belt club training
                     700 to  800  Adult MMA

Little Dragons Karate


The Little Dragons is a martial arts program specifically designed for children ages four and up. This program focuses on improving your childs listening and motor skills. These skills will help them enter society with more confidence and enthusiasm.

There are eight major skills our instructors focus on when training children ages three and up, those skills are: Focus, Control, Balance, Teamwork, Memory, Discipline, Coordination and Fitness.
